DNA-encoded chemical libraries (DEL) is an emerging technology that combines benefits from both high-throughput screening and display technologies. The use of DELs allows to cover enormous chemical space within a surprisingly short time and at a low cost.
Cores and Decorators for DEL
DELs are built on “core” Building Blocks – molecules with 2-3 variation points that are either orthogonal or protected with orthogonal protective groups. Core molecules are decorated with traditional Building Blocks – compounds with one functionality. Chemspace offers high-quality Building Blocks suitable as cores and as decorators for DEL. Compounds have favorable PhysChem profiles.
Novel DEL-compatible chemistry
We at Chemspace carefully designed and prepared novel DEL-compatible Building Blocks to enable the generation of a vast and diverse collection of compounds for screening purposes in Drug Discovery.
Altogether, we have crafted five distinct collections, comprising over 6,000 compounds in total. These compounds are organized into groups based on their primary fragments.
- Redox-Active Esters
- Hantzsch Esters
- Bis(catecholato)silicates
- Boc-Hydrazines
- Aryl/Heteroaryl Fluorosulfonates.
Each compound has undergone thorough validation to ensure reliability, stability, and accessibility. We guarantee a high synthesis success rate of Building Blocks within a 2-3 weeks turnaround time. Our libraries are meticulously crafted to withstand various chemical reactions involved in the creation of DELs.
