Therefore, Chemspace created Metal Chelators Library that enumerates more than 130k compounds. This set was prepared by picking from our Screening Catalog compounds that include at least one chelating group.
Those metal-binding groups in the selected compounds demonstrate the ability to bind metal ions and high affinity to metalloproteins that could be applied in design, synthesis, and screening lead-like chelating agents.
