Alpelisib (PIQRAY) analogs

Alpelisib (PIQRAY), approved by FDA in May 2019, used in treating patients with breast cancer. It is the first PI3K inhibitor that demonstrates the benefit of treating this type of breast cancer. Part of this molecule contains a 1,3-thiazol cycle.
