Meet Alice – our Biologics specialist!
Today we are launching a new series of posts – Biologics for Research!
Follow the link to our website https://chem-space.com/biologics to find the best choices of antibodies, proteins, or kits that would be the most relevant to your research project.
Today’s post is dedicated to cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), a family of multifunctional enzymes that are involved in cell cycle progression. CDKs play important roles in the control of cell division and modulating transcription, no wonder that dysregulation of this family of proteins is a hallmark of several diseases, including cancer.
At present, some CDK inhibitors such as seliciclib are undergoing clinical trials as potential anti-cancer drugs.
