We thank C&EN for highlighting in Year in Pharma 2022 the hard work of Ukrainian chemical companies during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
From February 24, 2022, our lives will never be the same, but we only become stronger, more adaptive, and thankful for every moment of this life. Chemspace team members are doing their best to continue contributing to the success of the global research community while having war in our country.
“In the first few months of the war, it was almost impossible to deliver anything from Ukraine,” says Olga Tarkhanova, our Head of Sales Operations. “But we, like all companies in Ukraine, worked really hard.” And this is very true – now Chemspace delivers compounds almost with the pre-invasion speed. We have developed new workflows that are adaptive to possible extreme situations. Recently we shipped an unusual order – compounds were delivered to Australia in as much as 3 metric tons of ice! Chemspace challenges the word “impossible” sometimes to fulfill all the needs of our customers’ projects.
“The company is up and running. We’re introducing new services, and we’re hiring new people,” confirms Yurii Moroz, our CEO. “In this way, we support our country to fight, and hopefully we’ll win soon.”
Chemspace and teams of all Ukrainian chemical companies are thankful to our colleagues and friends for all the support.
Challenge the war!
