This week is fruitful in terms of new Chemspace co-authored publications!

The paper ‘C−C Coupling through Nitrogen Deletion: Application to Library Synthesis’ was co-authored by Dmytro Dudenko.
The authors developed a novel protocol for parallel coupling of (hetero)aromatic aldehydes and (hetero)arylmethyl amines based on reductive amination reaction. This approach makes a chemical space of about 600k molecules accessible for synthesis. This is very important because such compounds are scarcely represented in current compound databases.
The full text is available here!

The paper is dedicated to the memory of Yaroslav Mayboroda, a chemistry student at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and volunteer who died in August 2022.

We thank all the authors for collaborating on this project.
