Meet our new post series ‘Building Blocks for DEL’!
DNA-encoded libraries (DEL) is an emerging technology that is used to identify small molecules capable of modulating biologically relevant targets. The use of DELs allows to cover enormous Chemical Space within a surprisingly short time and at a low cost.
We at Chemspace designed and prepared novel DEL-compatible Building Blocks to expand the limits of the known DEL technologies.
The first set of DEL-compatible scaffolds encompasses a Redox-Active esters core. This collection comprises over 1000 compounds. These molecules are suitable for the construction of DNA-encoded libraries, contributing to the development of advanced molecular collections for high-throughput screening in the Drug Discovery process.
We ensure a high synthesis success rate, typically achieving results within a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. Additionally, these compounds can be utilized for the formation of C-C and C-X bonds in diverse coupling reactions.
