Join Chemspace & Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica 'Intelligent DNA Encoded Library (iDEL) Technology for Small Molecule Drug Discovery', which will take place at 5:00 PM (CET) / 8:00 AM (PST) on July 1st, 2021.
The Speaker is Dr. Xiaojie Lu, Principal investigator at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, CAS.
'DNA-encoded library (DEL) technology is a cutting-edge technology for hit identification of biological targets of interest. It provides both an ultra-high-throughput and a cost-efficient tool for the discovery of small molecule probes. Although DEL has been widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry, it still faced a series of challenges such as limited chemical space and less drug-like compound properties. This lecture summarized the recent progress of DEL technology development and potential solution for the DEL’s challenge to accelerate the small molecule drug discovery by integrating DEL with other drug discovery technologies.'
