We are happy to share another publication co-authored by Chemspace!
The paper is dedicated to a new database – ZINC-22 with commercially accessible small molecules derived from multi-billion-scale make-on-demand libraries. Now analog searching is even easier via a facile GUI, CartBlanche, drawing on similarity methods that scale sublinearly in the number of molecules.
Unlike previous versions, ZINC update utilizes new data organization methods, enabling rapid lookup of molecules and their physical properties in reduced time. The article is available here!
ZINC is freely available to everyone and may be accessed at cartblanche22.docking.org, via Globus, and in the Amazon AWS and Oracle OCI clouds.
We thank all the authors for their productive collaboration!
