Freedom Space is a collection of 201M compounds created from carefully selected building blocks that are readily available from multiple suppliers. These Building Blocks were combined using six chemical transformations that have been tested and validated. This approach allowed for the creation of a highly diverse and versatile library of Make-on-Demand compounds with a high synthetic success rate for Structure-based Virtual Screening.
