The second post of DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) campaign is devoted to DNA-compatible chemical reactions based on this year's review.

This January, a group of researchers published an article ‘DNA-encoded libraries (DELs): a review of on-DNA chemistries and their output’.

It covers a very important topic: gives the reader information on novel synthetic approaches, that can be applied to DNA-encoded libraries.

Moreover, the authors give a very clear summary of hits/leads discovered with the help of DEL since July 2016.
