Last April, a group of researchers posted an amazing minireview called 'Library Design Strategies to Accelerate Fragment-Based Drug Discovery'. It provides an overview of library design strategies used to accelerate FBDD by facilitating more efficient fragment screening and/or subsequent fragment-to-hit chemistry. The approaches covered include NMR, X-ray crystallography, covalent linking for mass spectrometry, computational methods, and much more.
