Dear colleagues,

We are proud to announce the publication of the article “DNA-encoded library chemistry: amplification of chemical reactions diversity for the exploration of chemical space”, which is published in the Special issue: DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) in Aldrichimica Acta (Volume 52, No. 3 | 2019).

The article discusses the relevance and general principles of DELT development. Recently developed methods applicable in DELT were highlighted - as well as commonly used reactions in DNA chemistry. From our side, we have analyzed the properties, requirements, costs, and diversity of building blocks that are currently available, and may be useful for the construction of DNA-encoded libraries.

We hope that the article will be useful to you, so just in case, we remind that Chemspace offers high-quality Building Blocks suitable as cores and as decorators for DEL. The In-Stock sets are downloadable from the website. For Make-on-Demand sets please contact us at info@chem-space.com.
