Last month, a group of researchers posted an article called ‘Antibacterial sulfonimidamide-based oligopeptides as type I signal peptidase inhibitors: Synthesis and biological evaluation’.
The goal of the study was to determine if changing an amine group to sulfonamide or sulfonimidamide in large bioactive peptides will result in marked differences in their properties. The results are very promising: the new compounds showed better antibacterial properties and lower cytotoxicity.

We caught up the concept and prepared a set of sulfonimidamides for your research! It has some really unusual compounds, so go check those out!
