This May, a group of researchers published an article 'Novel irreversible covalent BTK inhibitors discovered using DNA-encoded chemistry'.
The paper describes synthesis of multiple DNA-encoded chemical libraries (DECL). The authors used these libraries in discovering irreversible covalent inhibitors, terminated in acrylamide and epoxide groups, that show activity against Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK).
At Chemspace, we offer In-Stock Covalent Modifiers library (>200K) from our Selected Screening set and also we provide Ready to use self-serve product from HitGen Inc. - OpenDEL®: “OpenDEL® - Billions in A Vial!” - 1 Billion compound set.
