The third post of DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) campaign is about a tool for DEL creation - eDESIGNER.
Last September, a group of researchers published a report called ‘Navigating the DNA encoded libraries chemical space’.
It describes the development and application of eDESIGNER, an algorithm that comprehensively generates all possible DNA- encoded library designs, and evaluates them to select the best ones to be synthesized.
The analysis is based on available BBs from various sources.
The tool is partially open-sourced at GitHub here: https://github.com/EliLillyCo/LillyMol.
