In the second post of the Fragment-Based Drug Discovery (FBDD) campaign (post #1 here), we want to mention a great article on covalent fragment libraries in drug discoveries.

Last June, a group of researchers posted a review on covalent fragment libraries in drug discovery.
The authors present principles in the design of electrophilic fragment libraries from the selection of the appropriate covalent warhead through the design of the fragment to the compilation of the library. Additionally, they cover recent screening methodologies and drug discovery applications.
