As you might know, the interest in RNAs as targets for small molecule Drug Discovery is constantly growing and we couldn’t miss this opportunity.
Our Molecular Modeling Team screened the whole 3.9M Chemspace stock to select 2400 most potent and novel compounds for RNA targeting. To make the selection they used 14 pharmacophore models, that are based on 170 active compounds from the literature.
The library was pre-plated, so using it for your research project will be so much more convenient!
