The last post of the DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) campaign is dedicated to novel hit selection strategies for DEL.
This April, a group of researchers published very interesting work on recent advances in the selection methods of DNA-encoded libraries.
This aspect is relatively less covered in the publications on DEL. The authors describe both classical methods (purified immobilized proteins on solid phase) and some new approaches. They include DEL-selection in the solution phase and even in complex biological targets.
