Chemspace has integrated Enamine’s xREAL Space into its platform, enabling access to a chemical space exceeding trillions of synthetically accessible molecules within a single online source.
In large-scale virtual screening workflows, the key constraint is rarely hit generation itself, but what follows: confirming synthetic feasibility, verifying that selected compounds can be assembled from available building blocks, and transferring candidates into procurement without adding workflow friction.
Enamine’s xREAL Space is built from 183,000 in-stock building blocks combined through 172 validated parallel synthesis protocols. The result is reaction-defined chemical space, where each virtual structure is linked to an executable synthetic route rather than theoretical combinatorics.
Within the Chemspace platform, search results are supported by retrosynthetic logic aligned with these validated reactions. Compounds identified through similarity or substructure search correspond to defined synthesis pathways, with reported feasibility above 80% and typical delivery timelines of 3-4 weeks.
Researchers can move from searching trillions of candidates directly to ordering, within the same environment, without revalidating synthetic accessibility elsewhere.
The full xREAL Space is now accessible via our online platform.
