The paper is dedicated to a new 2,3 derivatives of 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzothio-phene as potent modulators of Retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γt (RORγt). RORγt is a potential drug target for the treatment of inflammatory and auto-immune diseases. New modulators are soluble in acidic/neutral pH and demonstrate mouse/human/dog/rat microsomal stability. Also, the Drug Discovery approach reported in the article can be employed to find modulators of nuclear receptors and other globular protein targets.
