Pre-Plated RNA-Targeted Library

Today we want to highlight our Pre-Plated RNA Targeted Library! Follow the link to check out the 2400 most potent and novel molecules for RNA targeting!

We used 14 pharmacophore models to screen 3.9M compounds that were then analyzed using USRCAT, E3FP, and APF (Molsoft) fingerprints. Selection of the most potent and diverse compounds was performed, and the final library was pre-plated. To find out more about the generation workflow check out the attached PDF on the product page.
