Hydroxamic acid derivatives in medicinal chemistry
Just last month a group of scientists published an article called ‘Hydroxamic Acid Derivatives: From Synthetic Strategies to Medicinal Chemistry Applications’.
The authors cover the synthesis and introduction of hydroxamic acid groups to various substrates, as well as medicinal chemistry applications of such compounds.
