This January Abrocitinib (CIBINQO) received approval by the FDA as an oral drug for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD).
It is a selective inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1).
Viloxazine contains 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine moiety in its backbone.
