This January Pirtobrutinib (JAYPIRCA) received accelerated approval by the FDA as a drug for the treatment of refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in adults. It is the first non-covalent Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor that is active against mutated targets.
