We did our best to create an informative series of posts on DNA-encoded libraries!

And today we are ending the campaign with «OpenDEL® - Billions in a Vial!».

It contains not only libraries for affinity selection, but a lot of other materials that will be nessesary for working with DEL. 

This March, an editorial called ‘What makes a good fragment in fragment-based drug discovery?’ was published.

The author covered the most up-to-date information on the principles, that define a good fragment and gave his expert opinion on the topic.

This May, a group of researchers published a miniperspective on the importance of isosteres for epigenetic drug discovery. They summed up the frequency of various post-translationally modified lysine bioisosteres found in different compound collections, discovering general trends.

This May, Infigratinib (TRUSELTIQ) received approval by the FDA for adults treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.

It is an ATP-competitive, FGFR1-3 tyrosine kinase inhibitor implicated in origin of FGFR-driven diseases.

Infigratinib contains dihalogen dimethoxy aniline moiety in its backbone.
