Selected sets of lysine PTM isosteres
This May, a group of researchers published a miniperspective on the importance of isosteres for epigenetic drug discovery. They summed up the frequency of various post-translationally modified lysine bioisosteres found in different compound collections, discovering general trends.

Building Blocks for Analogs of Infigratinib
This May, Infigratinib (TRUSELTIQ) received approval by the FDA for adults treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.
It is an ATP-competitive, FGFR1-3 tyrosine kinase inhibitor implicated in origin of FGFR-driven diseases.
Infigratinib contains dihalogen dimethoxy aniline moiety in its backbone.
